Any additional repairs or services required during the course of work will be communicated to the customer, and approval will be obtained before proceeding.
4. Warranty and Guarantee
Garage On Wheels provides a warranty on parts and labor, as applicable, based on the nature of the service and parts used. The warranty terms will be communicated at the time of service.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers can cancel or reschedule their appointments without charge if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a service fee.
6. Liability
Garage On Wheels takes all necessary precautions during service but will not be held responsible for any pre-existing damage or issues that were not brought to the technician's attention prior to service.
Customers are required to ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible location for our technicians to work.
7. Use of Parts
We use genuine or high-quality aftermarket parts for repairs, depending on the customer’s preference and availability.
Garage On Wheels does not assume responsibility for the quality of parts supplied by the customer for use in repairs or services.
8. Customer Responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate information about the vehicle, including prior service history, issues faced, and specific requirements for repair or maintenance.
The vehicle should be available at the scheduled time of service in a clean and safe condition for work to be performed.
